The restaurant closes to the general public at 4pm everyday and re-opens on demand for private dining experiences.
The space, originally a wood shed built by the famous Drayton wine family, overlooks the Brokenback Mountains and is available for feast. dinner parties everynight of the year for groups of 12 to 48 people.
It's an intimate experience delivered exclusively to you and your guests with a private Chef and wait-staff.
The team generally produces modern Australian cuisine with an Anglo-Italian influence and loves vegan.
You will help to create a menu with your Chef based on the availability of locally sourced organic produce.
